SUMMARY:Medicine Memories: Meditation Writing Workshop w/ Chelsea Hicks
DESCRIPTION:Medicine Memories is a meditation writing workshop led by Osage interdisciplinary storyteller 𐓸𐓶𐓟𐓰𐓫͘ Chelsea T. Hicks. Through guided meditation and writing\, participants will connect with ancestral plant relatives\, grandparents\, and ancestral lands while processing complex experiences. Participants are invited to bring a journal and a plant relative or medicine connected to their grandparents’ ancestral lands\, such as a tea\, seed\, photograph\, or plant. Hicks is a PhD student at the University of Oklahoma and an award-winning writer and visual artist. \n
