Ghostly Stories Festival is an event in downtown Phoenix that celebrates stories, books, and reading with a spooky twist! Wear a costume and enjoy multicultural story time, arts and crafts, a free book giveaway, chalk art mural, poetry performances, and more. Free and fun for families and kids!
