Join Alana Yazzie, author of The Modern Navajo Kitchen and blogger “The Fancy Navajo”, for a cookbook discussion and cooking demonstration. Alana Yazzie aka The Fancy Navajo is a local chef, blogger, and cookbook author with her first book, The Modern Navajo Kitchen, published in 2024. She will be talking about her book, about eating native and local, and will be creating some of her recipes in the book and on the blog for attendees to try.
